Home prices have gone up here in Texas and given me a chunk of equity to where I could possibly find a larger home in the near future. I happened to visit an open house in Roanoke where Ms. White was working an open house and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the house in question. I’ve nagged her a few times since, asking her to run comps of my current home or to ask about any other homes in my area, and each time she responds in a timely fashion with everything I’ve asked for. When my neighborhood protested taxes, she was quick to also run comps for some of my neighbors as well, and asked nothing back in return. Engel & Volkers is a super luxury brokerage and I was always apprehensive about working with them, as I am not a luxury person by any means. That being said, Ms. White makes me feel luxurious with the way she treats me and my real estate needs. When I pull the trigger to sell my home and jump to the next, the only realtor I would consider is Ms. White at this time.

“I recently secured an opportunity to work in the US. Whilst it is an exciting opportunity, the task of selling my home in St.George’s Hill, Weybridge and moving halfway across the world is a daunting one. I recently took a trip to the Southlake area to perform a recce.
